Welcome to the December edition of What’s What with Fetch TV. It’s been a big year and we’re ending it with a bang. 9Now has launched, so we now have all of the Free-To-Air Catch-Up TV channels. 7Tennis app is launching this month, and there are 2 new channels included in the Entertainment Pack, with more exciting announcements to come in the New Year.

9Now is live

9Now has launched on Fetch TV. Enjoy on-demand content from all of Nine’s TV channels on the big screen.

Fetch TV now has all the Free-To-Air Catch-Up services to enjoy on your TV. If you missed a show or forgot to record it, you can watch it on Catch-Up.

To watch the Catch-Up TV apps simply go to: Menu > TV > Catch-Up > Select the Catch-Up TV service.

7Tennis app

The home of 7Tennis is now on Fetch TV. Enjoy live broadcasts, matches, and highlights of the Australian Open 2017, Davis Cup 2017 and Wimbledon 2017 with the new 7Tennis app.

It will be located here: Menu > Apps > All > 7Tennis

You’ll be able to enjoy all the tennis action from all courts with different streams for the different matches. The app goes live on the service from 20 December, with the action kicking off from1 January 2017.

New carton boxes arriving in 2017

We’ve updated the carton boxes slightly. The product is still exactly the same, but the carton design has changed:

• Presto logo has been removed

• A few channel logos have been updated

• Multiroom reference has been added

The new stock is arriving in January 2017.

Security seals: Do not resell returned stock

You may have noticed there are new security seals on all Fetch TV carton boxes. This is to avoid returned boxes being sold, if a box is returned you CANNOT resell it. It needs to be sent back to The Complexity of Simple where they will factory reset the box. If you have any issues returning the boxes or want more information please call 1300-338-787 or email
